Fishy: Swim & Merge was built to be played, not tracked. This policy explains — plainly — that we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information whatsoever. Everything that happens in the game, from your bait count to your aquarium collection, stays entirely on your own device.
We collect nothing. Fishy: Swim & Merge does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifier. There are no sign-up forms, no login screens, and no hidden data-collection routines running in the background.
Because no information is ever collected, none is ever used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no advertising engine studying your play habits and nothing to hand over to marketers, brokers, or anyone else.
Your bait count, catch history, aquarium collection, and progress are all stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. None of it is uploaded to a cloud server, synced to an account, or backed up to any service we operate — mainly because we don't operate one.
Fishy: Swim & Merge does not embed third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or behavioral trackers. We don't share data with outside parties because there is no data flowing out of the app to begin with.
Since gameplay data never leaves your device and is never transmitted over a network, there is no exposure to interception, server breaches, or unauthorized remote access. Your aquarium is as private as the device it lives on.
Fishy: Swim & Merge is designed to be safe for players of all ages, including children. Because the app collects no personal data from any user under any circumstance, it does not knowingly or unknowingly gather information from children, in keeping with the spirit of COPPA and similar regulations.
There are no accounts to manage because none exist. If you'd like to remove all of your game data, simply uninstall the app — every trace of your bait, catches, and aquarium collection is deleted from your device along with it.
We may occasionally update this policy to reflect new features or clarify existing language. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
